Just submit whatever recipe you want, it doesn't matter if it's for one or the other or both. And you can try it as soon as I post them!

I don't have any recipes. But those looked good. (I think caramel trumps cinnamon any day.)
I don't have any caramel recipes at all. I like it though.
Robbie and Aimee used to throw cinnamon at me when I was little because the smell was too strong and I hated it. Ive never used it since. '(
